As soon as I finished reading the inter-library loan copy (borrowed by my library from the Ventura county library 200 miles away) I went to Borders to buy my own copy, but they told me that they couldn't even order it for me because it is out of print already. I was in tears a couple times, my husband kept telling me not to read it if it upset me - but I had to finish, and am glad I read the book. I can't speak for the second half of the book, on additivity, but I can say with certainty that the first nine chapters are worth the effort.

It took me 10 seconds to find an example of what I'm talking about. Read the first chapter (Son) and then choose the chapter that speaks most to you. At the same time I wanted to talk about the BOM as a piece of literature as well.
